For the first 90 days, we're responsible for the acclimation success of your vertical wall. Naturally, this remains contingent on our team handling the primary irrigation monitoring.
Living systems are unpredictable components. While we select species for maximum resilience, the warranty does not cover issues arising from client-directed modifications or environmental shifts within your property (like HVAC failures).
2. Installation Project & Payment Structures
Urban farming consulting and custom wall planters require precision. You'll find our payment terms reflect the logistical complexity of high-rise and interior installations. We require a 40% commencement deposit to secure specialty flora and custom hardware. Final balances? They're due within 7 days of the 'Green Light' walk-through completion.
- Aeroponic system hardware remains property of Twilight Trellis until final payment clears.
- Cancellations requested within 14 days of the scheduled install carry a 15% restocking fee for live assets.
- We're committed to your schedule, but weather and site access may shift timelines slightly.
